PlankBuddy for laminate and wood flooring
Enter your room and start your laying plan
Enter the room measurements, the board size and the rules from your current installation instructions. The planner works out the rows, board lengths, cutting plan and which offcuts can be reused.
Measure the room and create a laying planWhat to check before you cut
- Rows and board lengths: See where full and cut boards go in the room.
- End joints and row widths: Check the values you took from your installation instructions.
- Cutting plan: Take the calculated pieces to the job, row by row.
- Offcuts in the plan: See which pieces fit a later row and which offcuts the plan does not use.
The plan is based on the measurements you enter. Before you start, always check your flooring manufacturer's current installation instructions, as well as the subfloor and room conditions.
